What must I do to compress 4 one hour videos so they will fit onto one DVD

I usualy have 22, 1 to 1.5 hour seminar videos to mail out. To save time and money, I'm considering compressing four or five of each master, so They will fit on one, single layer DVD.

I usualy send the DVDs to a PC user, he compress them and puts many on DVDs with chapters. I plan on doing the same thing!

I can create the chapters with FCPX and finalize with iDVD.

What Tom said: iDVD has a max. of 120min for SL/DVD.

Plus you can not import pre-compressed material into iDVD.

Roxio Toast claims to offer 'free' settings of bit-rate.

Meanwhile people get used to HDef, DVD is SDef, and when you really manage to squeeze 4h on a SL-disk, it will look horrible! Most people have huge flat-screen TVs, all 1920x1080, and a DVD has to be re-scaled/zoomed to fit.
